Hey, I was hoping it WOULD be the workout for tomorrow...then I seen the blank spot, thought it was some kinda technical difficulties with the website...awe man, it would have been a killer workout...The WOD still looks like a killer one.
I have to say that since starting CF that I have been humbled. I really thought of myself as an athlete and doing the WODs (esp with Leslie and Reagan) I feel like a slug!
I'm hoping that I feel and see improvements soon....none the less, I DO love it!

I was almost kinda up to that challenge. But I think I was more relieved to see the April Fools.
holy crap! I saw those tire flips and just about poo'd myself! SOOOOO happy not to have to cry today ;)

I guarentee you will see improvements with your godd work ethic and intensity Jenn!
CrossFit is humbling to everyone who starts it but it will drastrically improve your fitness, if you stick with it.
