Hey, I was hoping it WOULD be the workout for tomorrow...then I seen the blank spot, thought it was some kinda technical difficulties with the website...awe man, it would have been a killer workout...The WOD still looks like a killer one.

I was almost kinda up to that challenge. But I think I was more relieved to see the April Fools.

Just to clarify, I was up to the challenge, I'm no wimp! But I was very happy to see that it was an April Fools!!!!

I have to say that since starting CF that I have been humbled. I really thought of myself as an athlete and doing the WODs (esp with Leslie and Reagan) I feel like a slug!

I'm hoping that I feel and see improvements soon....none the less, I DO love it!

CrossFit is humbling to everyone who starts it but it will drastrically improve your fitness, if you stick with it.
