Monday WOD

On your own
There will be no trainer there Monday.
This doesn't require any equipment so you can meet and do it or just knock it out on your own

AMRAP in 20 Min
10 Step Walking Lunge
20 Push Ups
40 Sit ups
Count your rounds post them on here

Oh, and AMRAP means, "As many rounds as possible" in case anyone was wondering. I had to Google it.

I was able to complete 3 complet rounds plus 10 lunges, 20 pushups and 10 situps :)

I did 8 complete rounds. The sit-ups really slowed me down. And my butt is sore.

FYI everyone - CrossFit.com has a list of CrossFit terms in the FAQ section. That is also the place where you can find the definition of a "pood", what to substitute exercises with, etc. It's a treasure trove of info and I highly recommend you spend some time there.
