Well I killed myself at the gym this morning since there wasn't a WOD posted when I got up....the boys are done with mommy working out for the day!

So I've been missing the WODs since I've been packing up to move to San Antonio. I caught up on the 400 M lunges today in my hotel room. The room was 18 1/2 foot long. I only counted it as 18 feet to give myself room to turn around.I lost a lot of time turning around every, but I still managed to do it in just under 20 minutes. Crossfit anywhere anytime!
