Ok, Val and I are going to Chipotle after the workout, kinda like cheat day on friday the 13th (Don, I will cheat on the zone today.lol) anyone is welcome to join us, I think I deserve a meal out of the kitchen every now and then and chipotle sounds good. ok, see you all in 6 hours...still at work!
This sucks. You guys are doing Crossfit and I am packing boxes. I'm moving to San Antonio this weekend so no Crossfit today. I'll be back for some more WODs next week though. Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves.
I just wanted to say that you guys all rock! I have had a great time in the two weeks I've been going....I'm really excited about all the new equipment!
Hope everyone had a good WOD, I spent all day inprocessing, but i did get a WOD in after I was done. I did Helen, 3 rds run 400, 21 KB Swing and 12 Pull ups, 10.30 on the dot. Thats with no lunch and very little water throughout the whole day
