I'm sorry for the late post....just got home from the CrossFit Kids cert in Ramona, CA. We learned some great skills that will be awesome when we start our kids programs AND we also learned some great ways to work with adults who are having some troubles with some of the movements.
Tomorrow's WOD is a challenging one. I challenge you all to find someone to race against and beat your old time!
