10 Overhead Squat (95/65)
10 Toes to Bar
15 Situps
CF Endurance WOD ( 3 hours later):
choose ONE of the following sports for a
20 minute AMRAP
SWIM: 50m, rest 30 sec
BIKE: 1/4 mile, rest 30 sec
ROW: 200m, rest 30 sec
complete as many rounds as possible in the 20 minutes, rest periods included.
