December 17th!!!! It doesn't have to be a sweater....a Christmas hat, socks, long underwear, etc. will do. Let's make this WOD super tacky and festive!!!!
Now onto Friday's WOD.....
In 10 minutes: Find your one rep max of Clean and Jerk
Rest 5-10 Minutes
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
7 Clusters* (95/65)
7 GHD Sit ups or Knees to Elbows
*Cluster is a combination of a squat clean (off the floor) into a thruster. The bar must touch the floor between each rep. Enjoy!
