Post loads

Your should reach your 5 rep max by the last round. Focus on form and you can PR
Loads can move from behind or in front
Because its 5 reps Split Jerks are not allowed

sweet! push jerks! I did these after yesterday's WOD...and, now i don't feal bad about the "modified WOD" i did today...

AMRAP in 90 minutes:
"eat with wife at Fuddruckers"

Hey...at least i resisted the temptation to go for the ONE POUND burger!! ha!

135, 155, 185, 195, 205 (did 3)

ha! i guess "Fuddrucker" is better than "funnel cake!"

after the WOD on Tues, I did a 3-3-3-1-1-1. for the 3's, i did 3 presses, 3 push presses, 3 push jerks without putting the bar down.

for the 1's, I just did push jerks trying to find my 1 rep max.

i topped out at 255 for 1 rep...new PB!
