ha! i guess "Fuddrucker" is better than "funnel cake!"after the WOD on Tues, I did a 3-3-3-1-1-1. for the 3's, i did 3 presses, 3 push presses, 3 push jerks without putting the bar down.for the 1's, I just did push jerks trying to find my 1 rep max. i topped out at 255 for 1 rep...new PB!
