In place of the legit xfit box on fort hood (hope the cert is going well btw)...I decided it would be a good idea to run the track up at FT Hood stadium...it was so cold I couldn't feel my hands at the end of the intervals.
4x400 6x200 8x100 rest started at equal and then went 10 sec less from best lap for each section.
