Push press 15 reps (men - 75# / women - 45#)

20” Box jump 20 reps


Pick load for push press and keep it for all five rounds.

I'm in MAC until Wednesday, but I'll be there Friday with you guys. Been Crossfitting on my own since May 2008. It will be great to Crossfit in a group.
