Tuesday

5 Rounds:

5 Dumbbell (DB) Deadlifts
5 DB Hang Cleans
5 DB Push Press
5 DB Front Squat

Add weight each round and rest as needed between each round.

If anyone has extra dumbbells around the house, 20lbs plus, bring them please so we can get more people through the workout. Thanks!
