Starting Monday and running through June 29th, we have programmed 6-weeks of thruster improvement WODs. Our desire is to improve our athletes abilities not only with the thruster but with the front squat, push press, push jerk, wall balls and burpees. This first week of training we be doing Fran and at the end of the 6-weeks we will visit it again to see how well everyone has improved.
