Monday's WOD




For time:

150 thrusters (men - 65# / women - 45#)



Hey, we are looking at having additional classes during the day - the million dollar question is what time??? So, please take a look at the poll and let me know what you think. Thanks!

Don, Val and I did a WOD Saturday. 20 min AMRAP: 5 thruster, 7 push press, 10 sumos. I barely got 5 rounds out---it was horrid!!! I'm eating my best to perform well---sigh.

Hmm, when we go to 5 days a week, I suggest you stick to 5 on, two off. If you don't get your proper rest, I will throw you out! I won't let you come more than 5 days in a row as you will end up with negative results. three on, one off or 5 on, 2 off but no more than that. Your dinner did sound perfetly paleo!

In my defense Don, I've been doing three days on, one off followed by two on and one off. I'm all about rest!!! My upper body does feel better today, the traps are a little sore. I'm shooting for another Paleo perfect day:)
