20x abmat sit ups
10x HSPU 

Skill:
immediately after Metcon:
3min of Max Effort Burpees. 

AMRAP= as many rounds as possible
HSPU = hand stand push ups.

  2. 3 rounds + 16 ABMATs. 1st Rd - RX, 2nd Rd - used 1 x ABMAT on HSPU, 3rd Rd - used 2 x ABMATs on HSPU.

    51 Burpees. The HSPUs is one of my goats.
