    115lbs Thrusters
    165lb PWR Cleans

    Starting off with OHS really sucked. I felt like I could have down more weight on the way back end.

    Good group this morning!!

    I am still really sore from Saturday.

    Probably should have scaled the OHS on the last round because I could only get 3 reps at a time. Don't know how the big dogs do this RX in sub 10:00 I think I'm going to do this again with ladies weight to see how weak I am when compared to the elite ladies.

    I scaled a bit but they were telling me my power cleans could have been much heavier. :) And I got over my box jump fear :)
