5 rounds for time:
20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats

Record time for each round.
Rest 3 minutes after first round.
Rest 2 minutes after second round.
Rest 1 minute after third round.
No rest after fourth round.

50 OHS (115/75)
Run 800m
50 Front Squats (115/75)

Three hour rest

CF Endurance:
Row 2k in under 8 minutes then AMRAP double unders in 10 minutes.
