Sectionals Participants WOD:

Run-1 mile hill climb, incline between 6-12%
1/2 mile run backwards
1/2 mile run forwards

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
20 KBS (1.5/1 pood)
40 DUs

Try to separate the WODs by three+ hours.

  6. It was pretty bad. I haven't had a "fit" in a wod in months and I definitely had a fit! :) I almost started crying....oh boy.
