10 pass throughs
10 kip swings
10 push ups
10 burpees
Warm up to WOD weight for push jerks
WOD:
20 minute EMOM
Odd minutes: 6 Push jerk (185/135) (155/115) (135/95)
Even minutes: 12 toes to bar
