Handstand Day
The plan tomorrow is to work handstand progressions and techniques, and then hit a WOD with handstand push-ups and L-pull-ups; the walking lunges will be a "rest" if you know what I mean.
Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 L Pull-ups
15 Steps, Walking Lunge
