  4. This was kind of rough! I woke up feeling off and was wondering mebbe the weather/humidity had something to do with it. Everyone did great though, good pushing through the pain!

  5. I am beat....I blame the weather and maybe the lack of protein over the weekend, my muscles didn't get to recovery properly.

    Man, I wish the kids would let me go to bed!
