FYI everyone - CrossFit.com has a list of CrossFit terms in the FAQ section. That is also the place where you can find the definition of a "pood", what to substitute exercises with, etc. It's a treasure trove of info and I highly recommend you spend some time there.

ReplyDeleteOh, and AMRAP means, "As many rounds as possible" in case anyone was wondering. I had to Google it.

I did 8 complete rounds. The sit-ups really slowed me down. And my butt is sore.
