Friday's WOD

I don't know if Don or I will be there so here is the workout (you did it recently so compare your times).

4 rounds:
400 meters
50 squats

If you are new with us, scale it to 200 meters and 25 squats or just do two rounds.

  4. I posted my time (I think it was 19:20 ?) anyway, there is a WOD listed under Bulldog Crossfit called Lead In. The way to enter in the time is kind of goofy so I hope I entered in correctly. I dropped 4 minutes from last time!
