Friday's WOD

We'll do a main site WOD:

Dumbbell Walking Lunges, Dumbbell Swings

5 rounds:
50# DB walking lunges - 10 alternating steps
50# DB swings - 15 reps

    Ok, Val and I are going to Chipotle after the workout, kinda like cheat day on friday the 13th (Don, I will cheat on the zone today.lol) anyone is welcome to join us, I think I deserve a meal out of the kitchen every now and then and chipotle sounds good. ok, see you all in 6 hours...still at work!

  5. This sucks. You guys are doing Crossfit and I am packing boxes. I'm moving to San Antonio this weekend so no Crossfit today. I'll be back for some more WODs next week though. Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves.

  7. Hope everyone had a good WOD, I spent all day inprocessing, but i did get a WOD in after I was done. I did Helen, 3 rds run 400, 21 KB Swing and 12 Pull ups, 10.30 on the dot. Thats with no lunch and very little water throughout the whole day
