It's supposed to get to 80 tomorrow, so let's stay outdoors for the warm-up and work-out. We'll meet near the pull-up bars just around the corner. If you don't know where it is, we'll have someone there directing you over. However, here are easy directions: stand at the back steps (leading into the gym) facing the parking lot and look to your right. The pull-up bars are on the corner of Battalion and 74th Street.

200 meter run
15 KB swing (1.5 pood/1 pood)
200 meter run
20 Burpees
200 meter run
25 Wall balls
200 meter run
I've been running around in the woods the last week so I've been missing the WODs. I'll be back next week and I'm excited to see what the trainers have in store for us! We're done with training though and headed to the hotel so I stopped by Crossfit Alamo tonight and did a complimentary WOD with them. I was definitely smoked. It's great to be able to be a part of the Crossfit community. 3,2,1, GO!!

Just wanted to let you know that Mr Pickett denied my request to plant my Roman Chair (for GHD's and back extensions) at any gym on-base until he clears it with some 3-letter organization that he deals with. I did a killer WOD here yesterday with some sand bags that we shall replicate with with kettlebells, once I get back.....nearly saw Pukie!
