Here is the WOD tomorrow, Joel will be there. If you get there early just start the warm-up
3 rounds of:
10 HSPU
20 KB Swings 1.5 pood(Men) / 1.0 pood(women)
30 Burpees
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
